If you are ready to take your game to the next level, tryout for one of the OBSL travel soccer teams.  We have travel teams for players 8-19 years old and any child is welcomed to tryout.  Travel soccer affords you the opportunity for more challenging and rewarding play. 

 

Our travel teams play teams from other towns within a 1 1/2 hour drive from Old Bridge.  Travel teams play a 10 game season in the Fall and a 10 game season in the Spring…plus tournaments each season. These teams also practice 2-3 times per week in the season and participate in training programs during the soccer year.

 

OBSL uses independent assessors to ensure impartiality during the tryouts.  All tryouts are under the supervision of our Training Director. Here is the tryout schedule for our 2010/2011 season:

Team candidates may be called back for a second tryout in order to get the most accurate assessment of each candidate's skills.

·      All tryouts will be held at our fields on Ticetown Road.

·      Come ready to play complete with shin guards, cleats and a ball.  Bring a water bottle.

·      Register to tryout at our fields and be on time on the tryout date assigned to your age group.

·       Tryouts start promptly at the time indicated above.
